Hi there, my name is Kessa. I am a female mix breed girl that weighs about 18 lbs. and I am less than a year old. I came to the rescue after I was left behind in the house when my person went out and never came back home. I heard one of the people say he was in "the slammer" whatever that is. I will admit it I was very afraid when they came into my home but now I feel safe and happy with the rescue. Life for me would be even better if I had a forever home with you.
I am sweet and I have an happy wiggle. I get so excited to see you or other dogs that I can hardily stand still. Sometimes I even tinkle just a little bit although I am house trained. I have pretty good manners for a youngster. I would be glad to learn anything you want to teach me. I love to play with other dogs or just you. I think toys are fun and just plain dancing around is awesome. I must admit if you raise your voice and yell at me it scares me. I promise to listen when you speak to me so you don't have to do that, ok?
I have been spay, microchipped and vaccinated. My adoption fee is 150.00. The first step in adopting me, Kessa, is to complete an application at dogsasfamily.org. I could be a little light and joy in your life if you'll have me.
